Full payment maximum expected on D-7
For Open Trip Registration is closed D-7 or after the quota is full.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

  1. Cancellation by the participant, Deposit payment is not refundable / reschedulable, but you may find a replacement person (by own arrangement)
    >4 months before trip: 50%
    2- 4 months before trip: 30%
    2 months before trip: no refund

  1. Cancellation due to force majeure (natural disaster, bad weather, riots, disease outbreaks, government regulations etc) trip can be reschedule and no refund

  1. Participants who arrive late at the meeting point so they interferes their travel time are considered to resigned and there will be no refunds.

  • Reservation Will Secure After Pay Down Payment (Dp) As 30% From Total Invoice

  • The Balance Must Be Settled 14 Days Before Trip With All Detail Participant With Valid Id

  • Reschedule Maximum 30 Days Before Trip

  • If In Emergency / Forced / Not Resolved Due To Natural Conditions, Riots, And Other Bad Weather, The Itinerary Can Be Changed For Passenger’s Safety.
